We can accommodate up to 200 guests for both ceremonies and receptions. The 7,000-square-foot, industrial warehouse offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. And Park Ave. Weddings is anything but cookie cutter! Our venue is full of historic charm, but can easily fit a Rustic Country, Boho, Gatsby, or Classic Elegance vibe. It’s charming and inviting. You can dress it up or leave it as it is.

Our physical features are extremely lovely. The “Bridal Suite” is soft and romantic with tons of mirrors, exposed brick, and florals while the “Groom’s Room” has a pool table, ping pong table, couches, and a TV.  The “Caboose” is a memorable backdrop for exchanging your vows. Our giant “LOVE” sign elegantly illuminates your first dance. The antique stove where you cut your cake will have guests oohing and ahhing. The list goes on and on.

All the special details make us unique, but it is our “heart” that makes us one-of-a-kind and that is our staff. We only work with the best! From our Coordinators, DJs, Caterers, Bartenders, to our Photographers, Decorators, and Bakers... We have a passion for what we do and we work hard. We strive for every wedding to be memorable for all the right reasons and making your dreams come true.
